　　A Japan R&D engineer who have 20 years experience in the electronics industry heads our R&D team.The team culture follows the Japanese professionalism, efficiency and rigorous project management style . Our aim is to design products that meet our customer specification and also provide good experience and quality for the end consumers .

　　The R&D is consistedof mechanical , hardware, software and DQA engineers .The project managers have over 10 years working experience in the field .They are capable to manage the whole design process from the start to the end .The team is specialized in consumer electronic products which are based on the embedded system.

　　Our project managers are flexible in the resources management .This flexibility optimized the performance of the design in the hardware/software.The quality management over the design process included Feasibility appraisal ,Core trchnology analysis ,Process management ,Test & analysis and Quality assurance . These can ensure the products meet customer requirement and consumer expecation.
